MARSHALLTOWN, formerly
known as Sway are a contemporary country band (with a sprinkling
of bluegrass influence in some of their songs) formed by founding
members Perry Martin and Gina Quartaro.
Their paths would cross...............
In the office of Doctor Dana Ballerini,
good friend and chiropractor extaordinaire, on an unassuming day,
Gina and Perry would meet and discuss music. What would happen
from there is history in the making and the very beginning of
MARSHALLTOWN. Performing under the name SWAY, for the better
part of two years, they gained a loyal following and recorded
their debut album "Let It Roll" - - an album which received
rave reviews. So, why the name change? You can read all about
it here. The name might have changed but
the music hasn't, and that's what counts.

NOW AVAILABLE!
OUR DEBUT CD "LET IT ROLL"
Our CD can be purchased at
either of these online stores. If for some reason it's out of
stock at one, it will definitely be in stock at the other. It's
destined to become a collector's item because once the remaining
stock is sold it will never be available again under the name
SWAY. Just click either image to be taken to their store.
"Let It Roll"
showcases Sway's (now MARSHALLTOWN) countless strengths,
notably wonderful songs, solid arrangements and effortless musicianship,
as well as emotive lead vocals and pleasing harmonies.

Let It Roll
is evidence that country music can be new and fresh, and that
Sway (now MARSHALLTOWN) is the act that is leading the
charge. Twenty-five years from now, Let It Roll will
be seen as an album that influenced an entire generation of musicians.
This bodes well for all of music.
